Airflow Filter By Tag Box Custom Width

Description

Currently the "filter by tag" dropdown list is hard-coded to 300px max width. This is rather narrow for long tag strings and makes it unusable in those situations.

Use case/motivation

Add a mechanism to override certain CSS settings like the "filter by tag" box width.
