Redirect urlMappings.html to new documentation URLs

Replaced the full content of urlMappings.html in both 6.2.3 and 6.2.x guides with a minimal HTML page that redirects to the updated documentation location on grails.apache.org. This change helps users find the latest documentation and reduces maintenance of outdated local copies.
