As part of the connector ecosystem roadmap: #2753 I want to add the RabbitMQ connector source + sink

Proposed solution

Add a native Rust source & sink connector for RabbitMQ (AMQP 0.9.1), enabling Iggy streams to publish messages to RabbitMQ exchanges (sink) and consume messages from RabbitMQ queues into Iggy streams (source).
