Subject: [PATCH] Add support for v3.1.2 of matlab-actions/run-tests.

Updated from v3.1.1 (originally proposed) to v3.1.2 to land on the
release with full SLSA build provenance on the in-tree dist/bin
launcher binaries (matlab-actions/run-tests#94).
