Couch DB 2 compatibilty

Just a quick question about what the official line on Couch DB 2.* support might be.
If this library takes advantage of all new features without any changes, then a small concession in the readme would suffice for many, I suspect.

FWIW -- I've been using https://github.com/pmorjan/couchdb-promises for a CouchDB 2.0 backed application and haven't hit any issues.
