update to a newer version of hugo-extended 0.144.2 (#66)

* the latest vesion of task fail with the command hugo server --baseURL "http://localhost:1313/" -O (-O removed)

* Remove -O and replace it with --disableFastRender=false

* updated hugo-extended devDependencies and restore -O flag in preview command
