[Bug] Lock Screen Notifications are not hidden

Quick summary

There is an option to make lockscreen notifications hidden and support privacy, but its not consistant enough.
Even if we made lock screen notification to be hidden in the android settings, Now bar is just bypassing it and showing the lock screen notifications.

1. Go to settings menu
2. App Config
3. Enable "Hide Lockscreen content"
4. Check the notifications on lockscreen

Expected behavior

No content should be visible on lockscreen

Actual behavior

Its just masking the title and rest of the details are clearly shown!

For relavance, i have also added the screenshot of my device notification settings which is set to "hide content on lockscreen'. I wonder no one has yet discovered it but yea will be the happiest if this get resolved. Moreover there are many bugs but this is significantly important to be noted.
