[Feature] Re-order polarization options by primary polarization in S1 Bursts and OPERA-S1 filters

The options for the Polarization filter for the S1 Bursts and OPERA-S1 datasets are currently ordered VV, HH, HV, VH. I most often want to search for VV, followed by VV+VH. Ordering by primary polarization (VV, VH, HH, HV) or alphabetically (HH, HV, VV, VH) would be more intuitive for me.
