fix(docs): TypeDoc group-based organization + correct configuration cross-language note
Regenerated TypeScript API reference with role-based grouping
(Decorators, Authorization, Errors, Interceptors now render as
top-level sections instead of falling into the flat Classes /
Interfaces / Functions default).
Also corrected reference/configuration.mdx: the AsterConfig field
reference is not Python-specific -- field names, semantics, and
env vars mirror across Python and TypeScript. Only the constructor
