[ZTF] Add endpoint to download all ZTF SSO lightcurve in bulk #142

This endpoint will rely on the internal file created for the SSOFT (updated once a month). It will contain ZTF SSO LC, ephemerides, and LC residuals from the sHG1G2 model.
