Instant death of radiation while mining #185
Description
Accidentally mining a Monazite ore drops Raw Thorianite with 150 RADs and it kills me before I could open my inventory to throw it away.
This sucks especially in early game, I basically lose everything I had on hand, I can't even go back to pick up my stuff, I die before I even get there
Is this intended behavior, a weird mod conflict, or a bug by itself?
If it were intended, it's absolutely unrealistic and crazy, as there are no natural radioactive sources on Earth that would kill this quickly.
I also have Mekanism installed and that too has some kind of radiation system, so that might be a problem, but I have no idea, and I also don't know how should I mitigate this without losing functionality in either mods. Are there known conflicts or incompatibilities with other mods? Below is my full list from an unrelated crash report.
