feat: add create_keri_identity_from_key for existing key migration

Adds a new inception function that accepts an existing PKCS8 key
instead of generating a new one. Used for migrating did:key profiles
to did:keri without changing the underlying Ed25519 keypair.

Also aligns git2 dependency to 0.19.0 for heartwood compatibility.
