Internal Use License for Oracle Corporation

The author of the OraTAPI project grants Oracle Corporation a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

1. Use, copy, modify, and fork the OraTAPI codebase internally within Oracle, without the need to comply with the terms of the open source license under which it is
publicly released (currently MIT).
2. Redistribute internally across Oracle systems, infrastructure, and repositories, without needing to retain open source attribution or license notices.

This license does not authorise Oracle Corporation to redistribute the OraTAPI code externally outside of Oracle, or sublicense it to third parties, outside of
the publicly available open source license.
