When going to the seating tool website, stylesheets aren't rendering correctly:
This is because trying to get Google's Material Design Lite assets is responding with 403 Forbidden:
Which is because they have retired it according to: google/material-design-lite#5464
We need to find a replacement or workaround - cc @pancakereport @yanlisa @cycomachead
