Extracting scDEED into separate library

Hi there!

Thanks so much for sharing this -- I've been looking for a python scDEED implementation for my own anndata-related library, valency-anndata.

There seems to be one other package JRR3/scdeed, but it hasn't seen activity in a few years, and yours has more stars and caretakers/watchers.

Any chance you'd be open to my extracting scDEED and co-maintaining it with you?

I'm still evaluating libraries, but I would also ask if zadu was interested to integrate scDEED support: https://github.com/hj-n/zadu
