Support to Buffer

Why write/writeFile fn do not support buffer data. Just support string (utf-8, base64, and ascii)

Somehow React Native does not (did not?) provide a build-in support for passing binary data between the native and TypeScript layers; so all writes & reads have to convert data to (safe) strings and pass them, thus no support for buffer data, just string variants.

Now I believe, with the new architecture it is perfectly possible to organize passing binary data directly, and to both properly support buffer, and to optimize performance of all read / write functions... but I guess it still requires to write some custom native code, relying on some poorly documented RN internal APIs, thus so far I had no time / enough motivation / resolve to look into it.

Understood, I already appreciated the quality of the implementation, if I have any ideas about it I can make a PR to help have this functionality with native integrations for Android via Kotlin
