Big changes

Bolt now requires at least PHP 8.2, which is in line with the supported versions.
We have upgraded to Symfony 6.4! You will need to check your own code for any required changes due to this upgrade, check the Symfony documentation for that!
We have also updated our Doctrine versions (data-fixtures ^2.0, dbal ^4.0, doctrine-fixtures-bundle ^4.3, lexer ^3, orm ^3.5). You will need to check your own entities and implementation to make sure that your code is compatible with the doctrine related changes.
API Platform has been upgraded to version 4. This will have impact on your own implementations, so make sure to check those.
Migrations are no longer provided by Bolt. You will need to start managing the migrations yourself and take action to ensure your database remains in sync. Check the upgrade notes for the recommended approach.

Other noteworthy updates

We've enabled login throttling by default.
Return types have been changed where needed to resolve deprecation and PHPStan issues. This might affect you if you were extending the inner workings of Bolt. We apologise for the inconvenience, but it will be better in the long run.
In line with Symfony, the getUserName() method on User has been deprecated. Use getUserIdentifier() instead.
We've changed our indent for yaml files to 2, as that works best with most available formatters.
master branch has been removed, we're now using version based branches only.
