PWM.add_channel_pulse

I am making heavy use of PWM.add_channel_pulse for servo/motor/esc control in my python programs. I'd really like to be able to use node.js instead. Can you add a wrapper for the PWM module?

I made great progress with this and can share the code.. not 100% on pull requests etc but would you be interested to look at the changes and potentially merge/include them?

I'd be happy to, but be forewarned that I haven't looked at even my own code on this project in quite some time and it may take me a while to wrap my head around it again.
