feat: make POST /events synchronous with validation feedback

- POST /events now blocks until the event is processed by the pipeline
- Returns 201 with event_id and stream_id on success
- Returns 400 with validation errors if event fails schema validation
- Add EventValidationStatusMsg to aggregator for querying event status
- Reduce concluder poll interval from 1000ms to 100ms

Also fixes SDK updateDocument to merge partial content updates instead
of replacing the entire document content.
