Redesign: 3-persona vertical track architecture with interactive components

Complete rebuild of the landing page with a SaaS-style 3-track system:

Hero: "Turn AI Rejections into Actionable Paths" with animated SVG path
visual showing blocked → rerouted pathway, and persona quick-jump buttons.

Track 1 (Researchers): Searchable paper database (16 papers with citation
counts), dual-axis filtering (approach + focus tags), upvote-based idea
board for proposing metrics/datasets/open problems.

Track 2 (Practitioners): Interactive Recharts scatter plot plotting
Runtime vs Validity with bubble size = Sparsity, filterable by model type
and data type. Terminal-style pip-install wizard with dynamic code
generation. Full metrics glossary (validity, cost, sparsity, plausibility,
robustness).

Track 3 (Executives): Business value translation infographic mapping
technical metrics to business outcomes. Interactive "Bank Manager" dashboard
with mock applicant profile and 3-method recourse generation (DiCE, Causal,
ROAR) showing action plans with effort levels.

Responsive: Desktop shows 3 independently-scrollable columns side-by-side;
mobile collapses to tabbed navigation.
