How can the "radar" service be used? The page seems to be offline atm?

@morpheus9393 Radar is an optional add-on that refreshes the free-model catalog between releases (limits and status of free tiers, plus newly found free models), instead of waiting for a new OmniRoute version (see docs/frameworks/RADAR.md). It's off by default: it needs the RADAR_ENABLED feature flag, and syncing the feed needs a second, separate opt-in in Radar's settings, so nothing is sent or fetched until you enable both.

About the page being offline: the hosted Radar service is a separate, private server that isn't part of this repository, and the docs say hosted availability is its own operational state, so I can't see or answer for it from the code. If the Radar page in your dashboard says it's unavailable, that would be it. Where exactly did you see it offline (the dashboard Radar page, or a website link)? Then we can tell whether it's the hosted service or your setup.
