GPU Hangs at large RNG generation

My GPU seems to hang when I use a private stream to generate more than 1e5 random numbers.

Found first GPU device on platform Intel(R) OpenCL HD Graphics
Vendor: Intel(R) Corporation
Version: OpenCL 3.0
Profile: FULL_PROFILE
Device name: Intel(R) Gen9 HD Graphics NEO

Normally, there is no limit on how many random numbers a stream can generate, unless you store all these numbers and run out of memory.

Maybe it's something wrong with my graphics card (or support for OpenCL) but my kernel seems to hang.

Also, how do I set a seed for a stream?
