Configuration error after update to version 3.0 from 2.0

After updating the extension from version 2.0 to 3.0, the plugin throws an error message:
The FAL Gallery Plugin configuration is not correct. Check the List Plugin config. Error: "Unknown Error"

The problem is, the paths in the list configuration were stored in the old syntax (file:2:/galleries/gallery-1/) but after the update, the extension can only parse the new syntax (t3://folder?storage=1&identifier=%2Fgalleries%2Fgallery-1%2F).

Is there some kind of upgrade wizard available?
