Add Docker Hub publishing to build workflow

- Add Docker Hub login step using DOCKERHUB_USERNAME and DOCKERHUB_TOKEN
- Update metadata to publish to both GHCR and Docker Hub
- Images will be available on docker.io/codebude/masscode-web
