Per Figure 1, the images that I assume are meant to be a part of both those pages, are instead showing up as "broken pieces of paper".
I speculate is that they probably point to the now-defunct, www.codemaid.net website.
Perhaps you can simply put them up on GitHub and lnk them from here :)
