Need help for building an unittest-suite

This project is demanding a good unittest-suite. If you are an experience test-engineer, please help! My experience is lacking.

Starting points can be the existing test-cases (in the sub-directories test) and the observers in misc/. gitflow-python has a decent test-suite including nice fixtures and using decorators for setup – this may be interesting, too. Perhabs you have other idea or know a test-framework for twisted?

Any help is welcome – pull request even more :-)

I found some other parts already testing coherence:

According to this answer on stackflow, the way to test applications based on twisted is using Twisted Trial.

About UPnT: the idea actually was to use Coherence as a base to automatically test other UPnP devices for standard compliance in an automated way. So I wouldn't count it as test code for Coherence itself, rather the opposite. Unfortunately I didn't make it that far at the time of writing this code :-/
