Password reset issue

I have an issue demonstrated in the video with the password reset required in Knack while embedded in a page. I don't know if this is a KTL issue but the green KTL error button keeps appearing and blocking the password reset.

Another option would be to schedule a meeting to debug in a live session, since there are many parameters in this equation.
