Polyphonic Shift Registers

Would you consider making the new shift registers polyphonic?

Hi Dan, to be honest I'm not a big fan of polyphonic modules. The main issue I have with them is the use of 1 LED to display the status of up to 16 channels, which cannot show the user what is really going on. That is why my poly specific modules have LED matrices on them. It's certainly possible to make the shift registers polyphonic but the performance would suffer with having to output up to 16 channels to 16 or 32 channels. I won't say no at this stage but it's not going to be high on my list of priorities.
