UI rewrite, new features and changes

## Changes
- Replaced egui UI with gtk4 for wider support and native look and feel
- Changed configuration path to ``codlinux_conf/codlinux.cfg``

## Fixes
- Fixed update being downloaded even after closing CoDLinux

## Added
- Per-Game configuration (e.g. wine prefix, args, envars)
