Structured 1:1 sessions complement the self-serve Onboarding.md guide. Each walkthrough is a runbook plus a session log filled after the live call.

Before a session: Complete local setup in the root README.md, skim Architecture_overview.md, and read your runbook agenda.
After a session: Facilitator updates the Session log section in the runbook and opens/updates a PR; assign a small review PR as homework (see runbook).
