feat: Remove horizontal slope bar and add comprehensive AI/programming code patterns throughout website

- Remove .services::before skewed horizontal bar for clean professional look
- Update body::before with expanded AI/programming formulas (Python, R, Julia, VBA, C++)
- Add neural network and enhanced statistical visualizations to body::after
- Transform hero section with cost-effectiveness plane and AI code snippets
- Add programming patterns to about, expertise, services sections
- Convert all remaining light-themed sections to dark theme:
  * Portfolio section with VBA/Excel/Julia code backgrounds
  * Therapeutic areas with disease modeling code
  * Publications with academic research code
  * Experience timeline with project management code
  * Education with learning and knowledge formulas
  * Languages with multilingual programming concepts
  * Contact with communication code patterns
- Update all cards and components to dark glassmorphism style
- Maintain steady appearance (no animations) across all new patterns
- Consistent mathematical, statistical, and AI coding imagery throughout
