@chocky95 has this worked correctly in the past and recently broken, or has it never worked?

If it started shortly after a flutter upgrade, could you try closing all copies of VS Code and deleting the C:\Dev\flutter\bin\cache folder, and then trying again?

If it still occurs, can you try running flutter doctor -v from the terminal and see whether that also fails or not?

I do not have it anymore but i had it after the installation of extension playwright and during the run
I'll Come back as soon as i reproduce it
