When navigating to another client/provider from the breadcrumbs, the searchParams aren't cleared. This alone isn't necessarily a bug. However, if the target entity doesn't have any DOIs that match the carried-over filter(s), then it will display "0 DOIs" with no way to deselect the filter from the UI.
