Redesign app icon based on symbolic one

Most of the time the users interact with the symbolic icon.

Full application icon is only shown in the app grid (doubt anybody uses it
to launch ddterm), and in the "About" dialog.

Make application icon more similar to the symbolic icon, so users will
recognize it more easily.
