The Role

As a lead designer at Dev Protocol, you'll join our autonomous team that building new web-applications from zero, and design identities for Dev Protocol. All our products are open source, so public repositories become your workspace.

What you'll do

• Design a new website and web-applications, from IA to UI. (IA から UI まで、ウェブサイトや Web アプリケーションをデザインします)

• Measure user experience to update and improve the web-applications. (ユーザー体験を計測して Web アプリケーションを更新および改善します)

Must Requirements

• High knowledge level for about the internet. (インターネットに関する高い知識水準)
• Experience of start businesses, co-founding fellow, freelance, or pitch. (起業、創業メンバー、フリーランスやピッチの経験)
• Can think and act yourself. (自分で考え行動できる)

Additional Requirements

• Experience of collaborative design with teammates. (チームメイトとの共同デザインの経験)
• Knowledge of blockchains. (ブロックチェーンの知識)
• Experience in text-based communication, such as Slack and Discord with teammates. (チームメイトとの Slack や Discord などのテキストベースコミュニケーションの経験)
