US05: User Identification System

As a normal Slack user, I wish to tell the bot my different social media and integration accounts to be able to get statistics from everything I do on those accounts.

Acceptance criteria

• When I message the bot to configure my information, I should recieve a PM with further instructions.
• When I want to change my information, I should be able to simply PM the bot to start a conversation to begin editing my info.
