Changes:
- Update dev scripts to use --webpack (Turbopack not supported on darwin/arm64)
- Change lint script from eslint to biome (eslint 9 + next 16 conflict)
- Fix Node.js imports to use node: protocol
- Update tsconfig.json for Next.js 16 automatic JSX runtime

Note: 2 moderate security vulnerabilities in dompurify (transitive from monaco-editor)
