Problem
Right now, experimenting with a built orchestrator is the wild west. Many people are lost at even beginning to iterate on their orchestration steps.
Proposed solution
Build a playground space that has templates, resetting, and iterating. This should have the ability to start from a template or empty repo. Work item source is per playground area (so you'll need a WIS that supports creating new spaces), or an in memory source for testing
