Add new actions

Hi, since you're writing about not needing all the extra bells and whistles, I'm wondering if you would accept a PR adding the following actions:

• toggle specified mark at current position
• delete specified mark
• delete all marks on current line
• delete all marks in the current buffer (aka clean all marks)

The implementation would probably be based on my current mappings. If you're not willing to accept such PR please close this issue as not planned.

In principle if those actions are simply added to the existing added actions and don't impact existing workflows I'm ok.

You can raise a PR we may iterate on the API to make sure it remains simple and unobstructive.
