MLP Example, Full MNIST

The MLP example runs on GPU with JIT and is fast. However due to the Loader implementation (not dimwit as far as I can tell), using the full MNIST dataset runs into Memory issues.

Note we moved to almost full MNIST, however uses chunk which requires uniform split size, so we still drop last, smaller batch
