Describe the bug.

Old .NET runtime or ASP .NET core runtime sometimes still displayed in Uninstall .NET list even after run command 'Sample: Force update of .NET runtime' to uninstall old versions.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Start first instance of vscode, run command Sample: Acquire .NET Runtime and Sample: Acquire ASPNET Runtime separately to install runtime 10.0.1
  2. Start second new instance of vscode, run command 'Sample: Force update of .NET runtime'
  3. Close first instance of vscode
  4. Run command 'Sample: Force update of .NET runtime' again in the second instance of vscode

Expected Behavior

Old .NET runtime or ASP .NET core runtime should not displayed in Uninstall .NET list

Exceptions & Errors (if any)

Old .NET runtime or ASP .NET core runtime still displayed in Uninstall .NET list
