Make tests work independent of the order in which they are run

Currently I get two tests failing (not always). So they seem to depend on the order in which they are run. The problem only occurs when I use rspec's random feature.

Could be that I did not properly setup all the tests in a very atomic manner. But that would be more by accident than anything else.
