## 📋 DUAL LICENSING STRUCTURE

This software is available under **TWO DISTINCT LICENSE OPTIONS**. Users must choose ONE:

### 2. 💼 COMMERCIAL LICENSE  
**For commercial, proprietary, or restricted use**

**Requirements**:
- Source code of derivative works must be published under GPLv3
- Attribution to EasyProTech LLC must be maintained

## ⚖️ LICENSE SELECTION AND COMPLIANCE

### Default License:
**If no explicit license choice is made, GPLv3 terms apply automatically.**

### License Enforcement:
- **GPLv3 violations** will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law
- **Commercial license violations** will result in immediate termination and legal action
- **Unauthorized use** (neither license followed) constitutes copyright infringement

### Additional Restrictions:
Regardless of license chosen, the following activities are **ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED**:

1. **Unauthorized penetration testing** or network attacks
2. **Criminal activities** using this software
3. **Circumventing** security measures without permission
4. **Misrepresentation** of authorization or ownership
