Feature Request
At the moment there's no way to validate a JWT token without verifying its signature.
Though it is definitely recommended, the DPS describes a scenario where it does not need to be verified (in the case of an AuthorizationProfile without JWKS info), very likely to be used in testing environments.

e.g., DPF, CI, build, transfer, etc.
