Unable to Update Eclipse IDE

It's not clear

• What version of what IDE you have installed.
• What you are trying to update it to.
• What exactly makes you unable to do that.

I'll assume no such details are forthcoming and that this issue is therefor not actionable.

Maybe you want to disable automatic update notifications:

Maybe there "bogus "things there.

Note that GoClipse is not an Eclipse-hosted project, so I can not help with that. And given the state of that project, I don't think any can or will help with that project.
