Rename "eclipse" project to "www.eclipse.org-eclipse"

Original "eclipse" project name caused & still can cause very subtle and
hard to find problems with JDT & PDE classpath handling, see
eclipse-jdt/eclipse.jdt.core#4921.

Let give the project more unique name.
