New release request

The current main branch have breaking changes compared to release 0.1.0.
The communication module was adapted already to these breaking changes, but to do that, a git_override had to be used.

To remove that override, a new release would be needed. Could you provide one?

We have a pending PR (#81 ) that bumps score_baselibs and score_communication — once merged, a new release can be cut. However, the PR is currently blocked because score_communication commit 84ebd25c has a broken download_utils (dev_dependency = True with module-level use_repo_rule calls), causing bazel mod deps to fail. Once that's fixed on the communication side, our PR can be merged and a new score_logging release will follow.

About the broken download_utils would you mind creating a bug ticket in https://github.com/eclipse-score/communication/issues and explain why you think it is broken? In this way we make sure that it does not get lost. I was not aware of such issue before you mention it. If there is already a ticket just let me know.
