Unexplored system shows alien colony on galaxy map

Describe the bug
A system that is unexplored suddenly shows up as having an alien colony according to the galaxy map. The presence indicator shows their color, and switching to the colonies view shows it as well. The system map for the system is still blank and its name is still displayed as "unexplored".

Steps to reproduce

1. Load the game (turn 35, player 1).

Expected behavior
Galaxy map doesn't show an alien presence in the unexplored system near the left center.

Actual behavior
Galaxy map shows an alien presence in the unexplored system near the left center.
