i can't download rcedit-x64.exe form github page

" then I manually went to this "https://github.com/electron/rcedit/releases" link to download RCEdit but I clicked to download rcedit-x64.exe I couldn't download it " I am seeing "This site can’t be reached
objects.githubusercontent.com took too long to respond." . Pls how do I go about it ?
