UTF-8 decode problem

Hi!
I have been getting the following error:

'utf8' codec can't decode byte 0xc9 in position 0: invalid continuation byte

This occurs when I try calling the function show_delivery after I sent a message to an Éxito number.
It appears that the error occurs when you try to decode "response.content".

Same problem. Changing the line 87 in the show_delivery function to the following should fix the problem.

Instead of:
return json.loads(response.content, encoding='utf-8')

it should be:
return json.loads(response.content.decode('ISO-8859-1'), encoding='utf-8')

or:
return json.loads(response.content, encoding='ISO-8859-1')
